1.MINISTRY OF LABOR Order is hereby given, for the amendment of "Regulations for Handling Complaints Concerning Gender Equality in Employment" (amended regulations shall be coming into force from 8th, March 2024)

2.MINISTRY OF LABOR Order is hereby given, for the amendment on partial articles of "Enforcement Rules for Act of Gender Equality in Employment" (Article 4-2 and 4-3 of the amendment shall become effective from 8th, March 2024)

3.MINISTRY OF LABOR Order is hereby given, for the amendment of "Regulations for Establishing Measures of Prevention, Correction, Complaint and Punishment of Sexual Harassment at Workplace", and the renaming of the Regulations as "Regulations on Measures of Preventing Sexual Harassment at Workplace" (amended regulations shall be coming into force from 8th, March 2024)

4.MINISTRY OF EDUCATION Order is hereby given, for the amendment of "Enforcement Rules for the Gender Equity Education Act" (Article 7, 8 and 10 of the amendment shall become effective from 8th, March 2024)

5.MINISTRY OF EDUCATION Order is hereby given, for the promulgation of "Regulations Governing the Establishment of Gender Equity Education Committees by Educational Institutions at All Levels" (regulations shall be coming into force from 8th, March 2024)
