MINISTRY OF LABOR Notice is hereby given, for announcing the documents for approval and the procedure for issuing work permits for the employment of foreign students, overseas Chinese students or other ethnic Chinese students engaging in specialized or technical works pursuant to Article 5-1 of "Qualifications and Criteria Standards for Foreigners Undertaking the Jobs Specified Under Subparagraph 1 to 6 of Paragraph 1 of Article 46 of the Employment Service Act" (announcement has become effective since 3rd, August 2024)
