MINISTRY OF LABOR Order is hereby given, for the amendment of "Regulations for the Implementation of Workplace Environmental Monitoring" (former name: Regulations for Workplace Environmental Monitoring) (amended regulations come into force from 12th, June 2026 except Subparagraph 2 of Paragraph 1 of Article 6 and Paragraph 2 and 3 of Article 6 and Item 42 of Subparagraph 2 of Appendix 1 of Article 6 and Item 3, 4, 9 and 10 and Item 15 to 18 and Item 20 of Subparagraph 3 of Appendix 2 of Article 6 and Item 9 to 11 of Subparagraph 4 of Article 6 and Paragraph 1 to 3 and Appendix 4 of Article 10 and Paragraph 2 of Article 11 and Article 13, 16 and 21, which shall become effective from 1st, January 2027)
